Mental Health Healing Circles

Mental health is never easy to talk about, especially in many AAPI communities, where discussing such things can be considered disruptive or taboo. However, with the recent rise in anti-Asian hate crimes, anti-Asian racism, and the turbulent state of society at large, it is important now more than ever to listen, communicate, and support each other.

This November, we will be hosting a series of virtual meet-ups to provide those in our community a space to voice their struggles, connect with others, and foster an open dialogue around mental health in a space free from judgement or critique.

The dates and times for these events are yet to be determined, but if you or someone you know is interested, please fill out our sign-up form here.
